What We Believe

ONE GOD

We believe in one God, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, the Trinity, the God-Head. (1 Timothy 2:5; Matthew 28:19)

THE BIBLE

We believe the Bible is the written inspired Word of God, infallible and inerrant in the original writing. (2 Timothy 3:16-15)

CREATION

We believe man, was created by God in His own image, and that all things were made by Him: and without Him was not any thing made that was made. (Genesis 1:27; John 1:3)

SIN

We believe sin is when man walks according to his own will apart from God, and that through the sinful disobedience of one man, Adam, the consequence of death came to all. (Romans 5:12)

CHRIST JESUS

We believe Christ Jesus pre-existed eternally with the Father and the Holy Spirit as the Word and then was incarnated, begotten by the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary. (1 Timothy 3:16)

REDEMPTION

We believe redemption is the prevision made through the atonement of our sins by the death, resurrection and ascension of our Lord Christ Jesus. (Hebrew 9:14-15)

SALVATION

We believe eternal salvation through Christ Jesus begins by confessing and repenting of your sins and then receiving Christ Jesus as Lord and Savor into your heart. (1 John 1:9)

HOLY SPIRIT

We believe the Holy Spirit proceeds from God the Father and was sent in the name of Christ Jesus to comfort, teach and testify of our Lord, Christ Jesus. (John 14:26; 15:26)

RESURRECTION

We believe in a resurrection for believers and unbelievers alike, believers to life everlasting in fellowship with GOD and unbelievers to face an eternal judgment. (1 Thessalonians 4:16-17; Revelation 20:11-15)

ORDINANCES

We believe these two ordinances, water baptism, as an outward show of inward change, and the Lords Supper, as a symbol of remembrance, should be observed as a momentum of our adoration and love for our Lord and Savor Christ Jesus.
